We develop, create and provide own-label frozen, chilled and ambient food products to a wide range of retailers. With over 1,200 product lines, we’ve got something for everyone, with every occasion, taste and budget catered to.
Frozen Fruit & Veg
It all started with fruit and veg, back in our Leeds City Market stall in the 1950s. If you can buy it fresh, then we supply it frozen, from peas to pomegranate seeds. We source the highest-quality fruit and vegetables from all over the world, using multiple suppliers across the UK, Europe and South America to ensure our customers have a steady supply all year round.
We pride ourselves on the long partnerships we’ve built, to ensure we always bring the best products possible. We’ve worked with our UK pea supplier, for example, for more than 35 years and contract all of their UK peas every year from their network of different farms and growers.
Frozen Chips & Potatoes
We’re the biggest supplier of chips and potatoes in the UK, with multiple partners across the country, and in Europe. As we’ve been supplying chips for more than 30 years, we know a thing or two about what makes the perfect crispy-yet-fluffy at-home fry.
But it’s not all about chips. From mashed potatoes to tater tots, and from Parmentier to Dauphinoise, we supply every type of potato you can think of – and probably more. Potatoes are always in demand, and our trusted network of suppliers ensures we’re always able to satisfy that hunger.
From nuggets and dippers, to burgers and wings, our chicken range satisfies every taste. We work with a global supply base to source the best quality meat, and our stringent testing ensures the same high standards, quality and technical consistency for every product we supply.
Consumer tastes are ever-changing, and we work collaboratively with our supply partners, flavour houses and trend hubs to ensure we’re always capturing the latest trends, fusions and flavours in our new product ranges.
We start preparing for Christmas 15 months in advance – so you could say it’s Christmas every day at Fullers! It’s a continuous cycle of innovation, from in-depth research and market trends analysis, to product development and exclusive launches, before it all starts again for the next year.
We source our party food from all around the world, so we can offer consumers everything from prawns and pigs in blankets to chicken and coated cheese. And, of course, we don’t skimp on the vegan and vegetarian options, to ensure all tastes are catered for.
We scour the globe to find the latest flavours for our chilled products, along with tried-and-tested favourites to suit every customer’s tastes. Our products are sourced from China, the Fast East, across Europe and here in the UK, but all are subject to the same high standards and rigorous testing.
Whether it’s chips, vegetables, chicken or party food, we manage the end-to-end process for our partners, from artwork and packaging to forecasting and demand planning, ensuring short shelf life products remain on the shelves all year round.
From baguettes to pain au chocolate to pizza dough, we offer a wide range of products for customers to bake at home, for that first bake, freshly baked feeling.
We work with UK and European bakeries to buy products in bulk, and repack them in our UK-based, family-owned retail packaging house. And we’ve been developing and supplying part-baked bread for one family bakery in France for the last 15 years, allowing us to import part-baked baguettes, petit pain, sourdough bread and ciabatta rolls all year round.
