Impact report 2025
Stepping up to the plate
Welcome to our first ESG report
Our first ESG impact report reflects our values in action and our commitment to continually improving. To us, “stepping up to the plate” means owning our impact, acting responsibly, being transparent, and always aiming to do better—for our partners, our communities, and the planet.
Our new Leeds hub
We’ve moved to a new campus, split across The Calls and The Wharf. Our Innovation Centre on The Calls is equipped with high-spec, energy-efficient appliances and on-site solar panels. This new space reflects our commitment to reducing our operational impact.
Who are Fullers?
We are one of the UK’s leading private label frozen food suppliers, bringing innovation, scale, and reliability to supermarket shelves. With global reach and end-to-end supply expertise, we don’t just deliver products - we set the standard.

Our ESG strategy
1. Waste less
Low Impact Sourcing
Cutting Emissions
Less Wasteful Packaging
We’ve already cut 403 tonnes of plastic and saved 54 tonnes of surplus food - avoiding 17 tonnes of CO2 and preserving 40 million litres of water along the way. That’s what happens when you make changes that add up, from smarter sourcing to better packaging. With a supply chain of our scale, every tweak matters. We’re not just cutting waste - we’re cutting impact, one practical step at a time.
2. Treat fairly
Transparent Supply Chains
Shared Responsibility
Doing Right By People
Last year alone, we made over 400 site visits, managing 80% of our volume through just 12 key partners. We’re feeding the future by raising standards side by side, from due diligence to shared audits and helping every link in the Fullers chain move forward, stronger and smarter.
3. Grow better
Risk & Resilience
Regenerative Agriculture
Animal Welfare
We’re growing better; backing regenerative farming, raising animal welfare standards, and building biodiversity and water risk plans. Stepping up starts by working with those who’ve got boots on the ground, with actions that travel further than any one farm.

It’s never business as usual
In 2026 and beyond, we’re committed to cutting waste, reducing carbon, and raising standards across our business while delivering the same quality and reliability. This is about accountability, not quick wins – sharing our progress, supporting our suppliers, and building a food supply ecosystem that feeds people, strengthens communities, and protects the land for future generations.
